The wire mesh is stainless steel and the die cast top and bottom feature a powder-coated Chrome finish to withstand the rigors of the outdoors. A protective polycarbonate collar keeps the wire mesh true to form and covers any sharp edges. We''ve even placed a triangular director at the base of the tube to be sure all seed is easily accessible to the birds. Ideally suited for small whole peanuts, black oil sunflower, or any available peanut mixtures. Peanut Silos are guaranteed for life.

Great Product

I have been looking all over for another feeder like this. I bought one about 8 years ago when we lived in Lancaster. We moved to the country and no one sold them. I noticed Aspect on the top of ours and tried Googling it. Wow! Here it is! This feeder has out-lasted at least 5 other peanut feeders. The racoons, possums and other critters are unable to destroy it like they have so many others. Thank you for continuing to make this wonderful product! Our birds and squirrels thank you for the great peanuts it delivers!
