Description

This is an interestng emission nebula in Carina that doesnt seemed to get imaged that much. NGC 3324...aka Gabriela Mistral Nebula because of the striking resemblance to the Nobel prize winning Chilean poet. At a distance of about 12000ly and at mag6,seems to be an outlying portion of the great Eta Carina complex. Exposures were 12 x 10 minutes shot through a ZS 110 with an SXV-H9C and guided with the ZS 66SD on a G11 mount. Hope you enjoy It and thanks for taking the time.
