Description

I have been working on getting my observatory automated to improve my productivity. With the addition of the M1 OASYS system { http://www.m1oasys.com } and CCDAutopilot3 { http://www.hiddenloft.com/ccdap3.htm } I am getting close. Until I am able to get automation for the PierTech3 pier I will need to provide some initial and shut-down personal attention. Still, things are running a lot more smoothly. The image is available at: I revisited M27 over four nights as the first target of my automation. It took that long because I had to work out several of the automation glitches, but I finally assembled all the exposures that I needed. The specifics are listed below and I would welcome any suggestions. The colors have not had any artificial adjustment of hue. This is the color that came out of the combine.
