Returns & Cancellations
An ATWB team member must approve all customer returns or exchanges within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. A corresponding Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained from an ATWB team member prior to return shipment and must accompany all returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for any & all shipping charges.
A full or partial merchandise refund will be determined by ATWB upon inspection of the returned product. A minimum 5.0% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. An additional restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the returned product has been used and/or damaged by the customer, or is missing any parts, manuals, warranty cards, etc. A refund check will be issued to the customer within fifteen (15) days of receipt of returned merchandise with an accompanying RMA#, or refunded back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Cancellations of orders will be refunded less a minimum 5.0% processing fee.
Special orders requiring prepaid deposits are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Unless defective, nonrefundable and nonreturnable merchandise include: open Software, CCD’s, Digital Cameras, Solar Filters, Special Order Items and “sealed” merchandise, including some eyepieces.
NO RETURNS ON ANY FIREARM.
