The ceramic bridges keep the oculars in perfect alignment, in order to maintain a waterproof seal. Because the 10x50WA focuses to within just 15 feet, it''''s'' great for birdwatching as well. Includes the finest BAK4 prisms, and is fully multi-coated with high-quality broadband multi-coating.. The bright, wide 6.5° field of view also makes these ideal for binocular astronomy. At a relatively low 10x power, they offer a steady view even when hand-holding.
