A Beautiful SWAN

After buying a large Dobsonian, I wanted a wide field eyepiece that would not bust my budget, yield good star images at least 80% of the way to the edge of the field of view, and not create a nosedive with extra weight. The William Optics SWAN 25mm, 2 eyepiece succeeds in all of these aspects. Some of the high end eyepieces will exceed the SWANs edge of field performance, but at 3 times the cost. The SWAN is an exceptional bargain. Youll enjoy its light weight, nice exterior finish, and generous eye relief. If youre looking for a decent wide angle performer for an f/4.5 system and a perfect performer at f/8, look no farther than the SWAN.
