Lapides Teegul Eyepiece Tray
This is an elegantly designed, substantial eyepiece tray. It is made from thick, black adonized aluminum and looks great on the Teegul mount. It is very functional-a bit on the expensive side, though. Like all those eyepieces that fit so well in it!

I came up with this accessory because I wanted to have the convenience of being able to carry everything outside in only one trip. It also seemed to be a good use of the two extra screw openings left over from moving the previous long moment arm (necessary to stabilize the mount). This newest version of the custom eyepiece tray has recessed openings for the stainless steel screws to attach the tray to the mounting block. The machinist said that it takes him a little over four hours for each tray to make all of the parts, on several machines. The parts are they anodized black for protection and looks.
