TeleVue Oxygen 3 filter 1.25

Won the filter as a door prize at a medium dark sky star party. First light in my homemade 8 F/6 with a completely flocked tube with black velvet was very good. The filter dramatically darkens the background sky giving the impression of a brighter image of the subject object. There was no detectable distortion of the object with the filter. I saw the veil nebula for the first time in my scope on the first night out with this filter.
