Droll Yankee Seed Tray

We have three trays for our thistle feeders. They collect and keep more than half of the falling thistle. Finches walk around on them happily. No squirrels have been interested. Occasional blue jays and wood pidgeons are able to perched briefly on the trays, but are clearly uncomfortable,and are rare visitors.
