Same as the M2 but with the large TD7 Losmandy style dovetail shoe.

This is our new medium duty alt azimuth mount. Mount head will attach to any heavy duty camera tripod (Bogen, Manfrotto) using a 3/8-16 bolt and having an elevator extension. In order to use the M2 mount with our tripods, the MEC2 column is required. We also offer this mount with our heavy duty aluminum Surveyor's tripod #TA or our deluxe maple tripod. Tripods in these packages come with the MEC2 extension column.

The M2 mount head uses a smooth 3" bearings on each axis. The tension is adjusted on both axis with oversized knurled knobs. Once the tension is set, it is easy to glide from object to object without the need for slow motion controls or further use of lock knobs. The mount will hold our 80 mm - 115 mm telescopes and other scopes up to 20 pounds.  Includes a 7" Losmandy style spring loaded dovetail.

Mount head weighs 4 pounds. Our smoothest medium duty mount yet!
