This 2.5" diameter extension is beautifully machined from the same 303 stainless stock as the full counterweight shaft of the 3600GTO and adds another 10" of usable length. The fit of the extension on the primary counterweight shaft is virtually seamless, so your weights will slide up and down smoothly. The large machined counterweight safety stop knob threads into the end to protect your toes. The shaft weighs 13.5 lbs.
