LVI Cameras
A NEW, ALL-ITALIAN BRAND: LVI CAMERAS
The birth of this new brand was made possible only by coupling the research-oriented technological know-how of Microgiga company together with Paolo Lazzarotti’s 10-plus years experience as an avid astroimager.
LVI Cameras company was launched on February 2007 by Marusca del Moretto, in order to foster the synergy between Microgiga and Paolo Lazzarotti, which was crucial to developing a line of high-technology imaging cameras, conceived to meet even the strictest requirements of the most discriminating amateur and professional astronomers.

The SmartGuider camera which is 100% in-house is the first result of such close collaborative effort. This allows for maximum flexibility, and ensures that the designers have complete control over every detail of the whole product lifecycle, from hardware and firmware development to production management, customer care and even feature customization to meet all of the users’ needs and requirements.
Anacortes Telescope is proud to be the North American distributor for this exciting company and their LVI SmartGuider, a Sky & Telescope Hot Product for 2010.
