The 4-foot long SBIG DIN Camera Power Extension Cable employs heavy 18-gauge wires coupled to male 5-pin DIN end connectors on each end. The cable plugs into the Paramount ME Instrument Panel's Camera Power port on one end, and into the SBIG (non-ST-L model) camera head's power port on the other. This cable allows non-ST-L model SBIG cameras to use the Paramount ME's through the mount cabling to power their camera.

The range of the Paramount ME's "built-in" latitude adjustment is from 15º to 58º. The Paramount ME Latitude Adjustment Wedge is designed so that the Paramount ME achieve polar alignment at latitudes between 0-15 and 58-90 degrees. In other words, with the Latitude Adjustment Wedge, the Paramount ME's right ascension axis can be adjusted anywhere from 0º to 90º.
