Using a modest camera with an 80-400mm, f/5.6 lens rather than the more advanced equipment used by most bird photographers, all photos were taken without a tripod while hiking at parks, on the road or in the yard. This book contains an artistically presented visual record of their journeys through the Puget Sound area of western Washington state. As a watercolor artist, Craig also uses his photos as research for paintings.
